The Hearth Shop is Dedicated to Providing our Customers with

Service

The Hearth Shop offers service on all models that we sell. This includes Envirofire, Hearthstone, Heat N Glo, Heatilator, Lennox, Quadrafire, and RSF.
A service call is $99.00 plus any parts necessary to make the unit operational.
We may be able to service other manufacturers IF we can acquire parts. The $99.00 service call still applies.
Service calls are Monday thru Friday, 9AM to 4:30PM. Calls are arranged by geographic area to conserve fuel.
If you would like to be contacted for service, please fill out the service request form COMPLETELY. Manufacturer, model, & serial number are REQUIRED to schedule service.

Layaways
Layaways are available.
Cleaning
We offer annual cleanings on all gas and pellet stoves,
inserts and fireplaces we sell. We can recommend a licensed,
insured chimney sweep for all your wood cleaning needs.
Custom Design & Installation
The Hearth Shop offers a custom service
for all hearth products, hearths, cultured stone,
as well as custom mantels
and surrounds. Call us for an estimate.
Installation
The Hearth Shop installs all products we sell.
Builders & Remodelers
The Hearth Shop is happy to assist builders,
homeowners and remodelers through every phase of your hearth project.
Whether you need one unit or 100 units, we have the staff
and the product for every job.

We welcome all special orders.
